What the Pinterest integration does

  • Reads basic Pinterest account information to verify the authorized account.
  • Reads Pinterest board information so our system can select the correct board ID.
  • Creates standard Pins using PuppyLaunch-owned images, titles, descriptions, and article links.
  • Stores publishing metadata such as Pin ID, Pin URL, board ID, article URL, publish status, and timestamp.

What the Pinterest integration does not do

  • It does not collect Pinterest passwords.
  • It does not collect Pinterest session cookies.
  • It does not scrape Pinterest content.
  • It does not automate likes, comments, follows, saves, or fake engagement.
  • It does not buy followers or simulate engagement.
  • It does not publish third-party copyrighted content.
  • It does not sell or share Pinterest API data with unrelated third parties.

  • Rendered Pin images created for PuppyLaunch articles.

We aim to publish helpful, original, non-misleading content for first-time puppy owners. We do not use the Pinterest API to create fake activity or manipulate engagement.
